Villa Mediterraneo is a spacious six-bedroom villa in Carvoeiro, designed for larger families, multi-generational holidays, special celebrations and group stays looking for generous indoor and outdoor space, entertainment and relaxed Algarve living.
Sleeping up to 14 guests across six en-suite bedrooms, the villa combines flexible bedroom arrangements with extensive outdoor facilities and plenty for children, teenagers and adults to enjoy.
One of Villa Mediterraneo's biggest strengths is the amount of space it offers. Guests can spend the day relaxing beside the private swimming pool, enjoying meals on the terrace, playing volleyball on the man-made beach court or making use of the villa's indoor and outdoor games facilities.
The private swimming pool can be heated on request for an additional charge, helping guests extend the swimming season during cooler months. Spacious sun terraces, shaded seating areas and outdoor dining spaces provide plenty of room to enjoy the Algarve climate throughout the day.
Inside, Villa Mediterraneo has been arranged with larger groups in mind. Multiple living and dining areas allow everyone to spend time together without feeling crowded, while six en-suite bedrooms provide privacy and comfort throughout the stay.
Four bedrooms can be arranged as either super-king or twin beds. The remaining two offer additional flexibility and can be configured as either a super-king with an extra single bed or as triple rooms, allowing Villa Mediterraneo to accommodate up to 14 guests.
Entertainment is a major feature of the villa. The dedicated indoor games room includes a slate pool table, television and Wii console, while outside guests can enjoy the man-made beach volleyball area, children's swing and slide, table tennis and table football.
The villa is set in a residential area of Carvoeiro which is generally peaceful outside the busiest periods but can become livelier during the summer months when neighbouring villas are occupied by holidaymakers. Carvoeiro Beach is approximately 1.7 km away, with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and local amenities also within easy reach.
Uber, Bolt and local taxis are readily available, giving guests the option of enjoying the area without necessarily hiring a car.

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €956 is due.
Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (900€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
Now compulsory as by Portuguese law for all the clients staying in a AL registered property to pay a tourist tax. We are obliged to collect on arrival in cash 2 euros per person applicable to all aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 days. We in turn then have to pay the Portuguese authorities as instructed to us by them.
When pool heating is paid for:- pool will be heated to approximately 27C/28C, the pool cover must be used to cover the pool during the night and during the day when not in use for long periods. When the air temperature is lower we can not guarantee to be able to heat the pool to our normal temperatures.
