Villa Atlantica is a spacious six-bedroom villa in Carvoeiro, designed for larger families, multi-generational holidays and group stays in the Algarve. Sleeping up to 13 guests in this configuration, the villa offers exclusive use of the entire property, generous indoor and outdoor living areas and a wide range of leisure facilities.
Located approximately 1 km from Carvoeiro beach and village, Villa Atlantica combines plenty of space with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the coastline. The popular Restaurant Hill is approximately 300 metres away, with restaurants and a mini-market within easy walking distance.
One of Villa Atlantica's biggest advantages is its flexibility. This configuration includes six bedrooms sleeping up to 13 guests, while your group retains exclusive use of the entire villa and all of its facilities.
If your group grows, one, two or three additional en-suite bedrooms can be added, increasing the villa to seven, eight or nine bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 20 guests. This allows you to choose the accommodation that suits your group without changing villa or losing access to any of the shared facilities.
The private swimming pool is heated, with pool heating included in the rental price. Spacious terraces, outdoor seating and dining areas provide plenty of room for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying meals together.
Villa Atlantica works particularly well for families and mixed-age groups. Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1016 is due.
Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (1000€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
Now compulsory as by Portuguese law for all the clients staying in a AL registered property to pay a tourist tax. We are obliged to collect on arrival in cash 2 euros per person applicable to all aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 days. We in turn then have to pay the Portuguese authorities as instructed to us by them.
The pool will be heated to approximately 27C/28C, the pool cover must be used to cover the pool during the night and during the day when not in use for long periods. When the air temperature is lower we can not guarantee to be able to heat the pool to our normal temperatures.
