Yes. Pool heating is included in the rental price. A pool cover is provided to help retain heat during cooler nights or when the pool is not in use for extended periods.

Yes. Villa Atlântica 6 is suitable for guests of all ages. The accommodation is arranged over multiple levels, and a number of safety measures are in place for families travelling with younger children. A refundable security deposit of €1006 is due.
Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (1000€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
Now compulsory as by Portuguese law for all the clients staying in a AL registered property to pay a tourist tax. We are obliged to collect on arrival in cash 2 euros per person applicable to all aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 days. We in turn then have to pay the Portuguese authorities as instructed to us by them.
The pool will be heated to approximately 27C/28C, the pool cover must be used to cover the pool during the night and during the day when not in use for long periods. When the air temperature is lower we can not guarantee to be able to heat the pool to our normal temperatures.

Great Location and Personal Service
Villa Atlantica is one of Pac4Portugal villa's to rent out. We spoke with Alex, the property manager and he made such a great impression on us. Extremely accommodating and always ready to help in any way. We hosted 2 retreats, spent 2 weeks at villa Atlantica and had the best time. Such an amazing space to host and to share time with a group of clients. We look forward to coming back and hosting more retreats

Beautiful Villa in a lovely setting with amazing views from the rooftop terrace - fantastic swimming pool and outdoor terrace area with a beautiful man made beech. Would definitely recommend and will return !
Girls Holiday to luxury villa
This is one of the nicest villas I've had the pleasure of staying in. The location is great, short walk to shops, restaurants, bars and a little further to the small beach area with tapas bars and sky bar for cocktails. The villa is large and well equipped, there are plenty of places to relax on the south facing terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we could need. Alex was extremely helpful all the way through the booking process up to even helping when our shopping was delivered. On hand if we needed anything - top host. A truly lovely house in a great location.
Well positioned comfortable villa
We were 8 adults and 7 children 0-11 yrs. The villa is large and comfortable with extensive outdoor areas. The house is well equipped and the swimming-pool is clean and warm. We had a great week there. The information given by the owner and in written material in the Villa was well presented. The Villa is centrally placed in the town, nearby good beaches and restaurants.
Villa Atlantica - WOW
Wow! We are just home from a 2 week stay in Portugal... the second week being in Villa Atlantica where we met up with family members, making a party of 12 altogether. We always stay self catering and can very safely say that we have never stayed anywhere so well equipped. When being shown around by Alex we were stunned by the quality and space the villa offers. So much to do to keep everyone young and old entertained and within a 10-15 minute stroll of the centre. Absolutely perfect and couldn't have asked for any more. Communication with Alex has always been very easy and he's very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend. This really is a luxury villa with stunning views too.
Fabulous Villa, prime location
Our group have just had a brilliant week in Villa Atlantica. The villa is simply stunning with every detail well thought out. The bedrooms are large and well designed with fantastic ensuites. Its the communal areas where the villa really comes into its own though. The large pool and volley ball area were well used by are group and the hammocks in the garden are great for a snooze. It's about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Carvoeiro so perfect for our group as people were able to wander in to town when the mood took them. Alex made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and had even stocked the fridge with a few beers and a box of wine when we arrived which was a welcome touch. I would totally recommend this villa and we will definitely be back some time in the the future.
SUPERB VILLA
This villa is absolutely beautiful. We were a family of 3 generations with children aging 4-15 it was perfect. A beach and swing slide etc for the younger children and pool, table football and table tennis for older children and grown ups. Its just a short walk to shops and restaurants and only about 15 mins to the beach. We had an amazing holiday and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone- cant wait to return!
