Casa Vista Alta is a spacious family villa located in Carvoeiro, offering a relaxed holiday setting with extensive outdoor facilities and plenty of space for shared family time.
The villa is particularly well suited to families and small groups looking for outdoor living and on-site activities. The outdoor areas include a private swimming pool, which can be heated on request at an additional cost, as well as a separate kiddies’ pool. Spacious terraces provide areas for outdoor dining, relaxation, and time spent together throughout the day.
Casa Vista Alta benefits from a range of outdoor leisure facilities. The tennis court will be fully renovated (2027) into a full-size, multi-use sports court suitable for tennis, five-a-side football, and basketball, with removable posts and nets. The court is equipped with night-time flood lighting, allowing use during the evening.
For younger children, there is already a dedicated play area with a small slide, swing, and sandpit.
Inside, Casa Vista Alta offers comfortable living and dining spaces designed for relaxed family stays. The accommodation includes four bedrooms, with two bedrooms offering flexible bed configurations that can be set up as either super-king or twin beds, and two bedrooms arranged as fixed super-king rooms. The villa is supported by modern bathrooms and offers air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €527 is due.
Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (500€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
Now compulsory as by Portuguese law for all the clients staying in a AL registered property to pay a tourist tax. We are obliged to collect on arrival in cash 2 euros per person applicable to all aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 days. We in turn then have to pay the Portuguese authorities as instructed to us by them.
When pool heating is paid for:- pool will be heated to approximately 27C/28C, the pool cover must be used to cover the pool during the night and during the day when not in use for long periods. When the air temperature is lower we can not guarantee to be able to heat the pool to our normal temperatures.

Beautiful Villas
Beautiful villa 😍 The villa itself is spacious and clean. The pool area has excellent views and is so peaceful. Sunsets on the newly built terrace area make for the perfect pre dinner drinks/ evening in space. I look forward to coming back here every year!
Another Fantastic stay
We have again spent two great weeks at Casa Vista Alta this has been our 3rd stay in this villa and can definitely recommend it if you want to have a villa with a lovely view in a quiet location. I have already booked for next year, many thanks to Alex and Co.
Great Family Villa
We stayed at this Villa on a family holiday and it was absolutely perfect. Villa is very spacious, gorgeous pool and seating area with loungers. Beds are very comfortable and showers great too. Clean and comfortable and just a short trip to town. Definitely will be going back!
Great for all ages
The most beautiful family villa. Just returned home after spending a fabulous week at Casa Vista Alta with the family. The villa has everything you could hope for, it’s clean and spacious with all the essentials. It has the most beautiful grounds perfect for watching the sunset.The large heated pool is great with ample loungers. The location is perfect for a visit to Carvoeiro town which has great shops bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach. Will definitely be returning!
Beautiful Villa
Beautiful Villa! My family and I spent a week here this summer - had an amazing time, great bedrooms, lovely pool, modern kitchen! Villa is very safe and perfect for watching evening sunsets. Very close to Carvoeiro, which is full of great restaurants and bars. Great communication with Pac4Portugal team too. Cannot recommend enough.
The most beautiful place!
Absolutely love coming to Casa Vista Alta for our annual holiday. The villa is spacious and clean, with the most beautiful views! The pool is great, and big enough for your inflatables to relax on. The washing and maid facilities are also great if you’re staying a little longer. I look forward to coming here every year, and know that it will be just as beautiful and relaxing as the year before.
Perfect week
Myself and a few friends rented Casa Vista Alta for a week away in the sun. The villa was the perfect base to explore Carvoeiro from - close to a beautiful beach and a great selection of shops and restaurants. The villa itself was spacious and very welcoming, a real home from home. The pool was larger than we expected with great views. Overall, excellent for families or a group of friends. Hoping to return again soon!
Great Family Villa
We booked a last minute break to Casa Vista Alta with our 2 children (2 and 5), and had a great time. We already knew the area so were not put off by the slightly more remote location. We were planning to drive to local places at it’s only 10 mins from the beach, local supermarket and only 15 mins from our favourite spot in Ferragudo. The villa is really well equipped with everything we needed, even toys for the kids! It was much bigger than we were expecting and we happily spent hours there each day. The tennis court although a little worn and tired was a nice added bonus. The pool was amazing and was in the sun all day so warm even without heating. We would definitely recommend the villa and look forward to visiting again soon! Alex and the team we’re helpful as always, and the wine on arrival helped get us in the holiday spirit!
