Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (1000€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
The pool will be heated to approximately 27C/28C, the pool cover must be used to cover the pool during the night and during the day when not in use for long periods. When the air temperature is lower we can not guarantee to be able to heat the pool to our normal temperatures.

Lovely Modern Clean Villa
Villa was as expected lovely and clean and modern , large enough to accommodate all 17 of us with room to spare . Very spacious inside and out. Outside space was also big and loved the outside table which we used each night . Villa manger , Alex was very nice and welcoming . Lovely gift of “welcome pack” which was much appreciated. Bedrooms were all of a good size as was the bathrooms . Would come again !
Super Responsive Host and Amazing Villa
Super responsive host. Building work ongoing during our stay so they offered a discount, move the booking or cancellation. We choose the discount and it was a fair amount for the minimal disruption. We didn’t go anywhere so can’t comment as to the local area but the villa was exactly as described and we had an absolute blast. The kids (ages 1 - 9) had the best time ever.
Amazing Villa
What can I say, what an amazing space Villa Maritima is. There were 14 of us in total, comprising of 4 families and 6 young children. We were not on top of each other at all, every room is decked out like your very own hotel room. This villa has absolutely everything you could want and wish for and there is just so much space. Alex was a fantastic host, always on hand to answer any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook and stay here again. The children are still talking about the big white holiday house.
Excellent villa for groups!
Visited here with a group of 11, ages 23-25. The villa is STUNNING and so we’ll set up for a group, everything we could’ve needed was here and we enjoyed all the games/extra activities. Already planning to come back next year!
Excellent Villa
A first visit for a family of 13 of varying ages staying at this excellent luxury villa. We have been staying in the Algarve for many years and Villa Maritima is definitely one of the best villas we have stayed in. Our flights were delayed and didn’t arrive until after midnight Alex had arranged a welcome pack and was easily contactable and immediately sorted out a small issue we had. We all loved the outside area especially being able to laze in the pool and being able to sit and enjoy the relaxing outside seating and having a table that we could all sit and eat together. The games room is very well equipped for any age! Bedrooms are comfortable and air conditioning very effective. Can’t wait to be able to come back again very soon
Brilliant Villa
We all enjoyed our stay at villa maritima, you have a beautiful and well appointed villa and have thought of everything - even down to a drinks measure! We also loved the basement games room and found it brilliant for getting the children out of the sun during the hottest part of the day. Thank you for such attention to detail!
Great villa for big groups
We were a group of 6 couples + babies/kids. Had an amazing time at the villa. It is very spacious, all rooms have private bathrooms, well-equiped kitchen, big dining area. Perfect spot to spend some days with big groups of friends or family in Algarve.
Villa Maritima
Villa Maritima was perfect for our group stay which included adults, teens and younger children. The spacious inside and outside areas were perfect and the villa had everything you could possibly need, it was very well equipped. Alex was on hand if needed and responded quickly to any queries. The info guide provided was incredibly helpful if you didn’t know the area. The welcome pack on arrival was much appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. Although a little set back from the central area we didn’t find this a problem and enjoyed the quietness of the surrounding area. Good restaurant round the corner and 9 hole golf course. We had a great stay and will be back
6 couples and we had a blast
We were a group of 6 couples in our 50's who are friends from long way back and decided to meet up in Portugal and have a catch up. We had a blast and it is in no small part due to the luxury accommodation provided by Villa Maritima. 6 bedrooms all en-suite was a massive plus for the group as gave each couple their own privacy. The pool heating was not on which was at our request but it was still like getting into a bath. Loungers and towels for all. Everything about the place was top notch and have no issue giving it a big thumbs up. Also try the local restaurant, Vale do Milho, food was awesome and a great atmosphere in the family run business.

Wow! This villa is Amazing. It has a Wonderful layout. Great spaces for friends and couples to enjoy and have their privacy. Picturesque views, fantastic pool, very nice rooms, peaceful and relaxing. The top notch security gave us a great peace of mind. I celebrated a milestone birthday with my family and friends and everyone had a Great time. We had 2 issues that were fixed Immediately by Alex and his staff. Alex is great to work with and makes it all seamless. The Algarve region is wonderful and this Villa served as our home base for a week as we went to the Mountains, beaches, restaurants, marina etc. We were always excited to get back to the villa to keep the party rolling or just unwind. Obrigado Alex for assisting us in having great vacation.
