Villa Marítima is a contemporary six-bedroom villa in Carvoeiro, designed for larger families, multi-generational holidays and groups who want generous living space, flexible bedroom arrangements and plenty to enjoy at the villa.
Sleeping up to 14 guests across six en-suite bedrooms, Villa Marítima combines modern comfort with practical family-friendly features, making it equally well suited to summer holidays and stays outside the main season.
Set in a generally peaceful residential area within easy reach of Carvoeiro's beaches, restaurants, shops and local amenities, the villa gives guests the flexibility to enjoy relaxed days at the property while still being well placed for exploring Carvoeiro and the surrounding Algarve.
The private swimming pool is heated, with pool heating included in the rental price. Spacious terraces, comfortable seating and outdoor dining areas provide plenty of room for relaxing, family meals and long Algarve evenings together.
Inside, Villa Marítima has been designed to give larger groups plenty of shared space without sacrificing bedroom privacy. Multiple living and dining areas allow everyone to spend time together comfortably, while all six bedrooms are en-suite.

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1062 is due.
Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (1000€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
The pool will be heated to approximately 27C/28C, the pool cover must be used to cover the pool during the night and during the day when not in use for long periods. When the air temperature is lower we can not guarantee to be able to heat the pool to our normal temperatures.
