Casa Caravela is a charming three-bedroom villa in the heart of Carvoeiro, sleeping up to six guests and particularly well suited to couples, families with older children and small groups who want to be close to the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops without depending on a car.
Set just one row back from the coastline, the villa combines a central Carvoeiro location with sea views, a private swimming pool and flexible bedroom arrangements.
One of Casa Caravela's biggest advantages is its location. Carvoeiro Beach, restaurants, cafés, bars and local shops are all within easy walking distance, allowing guests to enjoy the village throughout the day and evening without needing to drive.
The villa enjoys sea views from its elevated position, while the outdoor area centres around the private swimming pool. Pool heating is available on request for an additional charge, helping guests extend the swimming season during cooler periods. Outdoor seating and dining areas provide space for relaxed afternoons and meals at the villa.
Inside, Casa Caravela is arranged over a split-level layout. All three bedrooms can be configured as either super-king or twin beds, giving couples, families and groups of friends flexibility when planning their stay.
On the pool-terrace level, a dedicated games room provides additional entertainment, with a slate pool table and table football.
Because of the villa's split-level design and the number of steps around the property, Casa Caravela is not suitable for walking babies or children under five years of age.

The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €530 is due.
Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (500€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
Now compulsory as by Portuguese law for all the clients staying in a AL registered property to pay a tourist tax. We are obliged to collect on arrival in cash 2 euros per person applicable to all aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 days. We in turn then have to pay the Portuguese authorities as instructed to us by them
When pool heating is paid for:- pool will be heated to approximately 27C/28C, the pool cover must be used to cover the pool during the night and during the day when not in use for long periods. When the air temperature is lower we can not guarantee to be able to heat the pool to our normal temperatures.
