A refundable security deposit of €946 is due.
Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (900€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
Now compulsory as by Portuguese law for all the clients staying in a AL registered property to pay a tourist tax. We are obliged to collect on arrival in cash 2 euros per person applicable to all aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 days. We in turn then have to pay the Portuguese authorities as instructed to us by them.
When pool heating is paid for:- pool will be heated to approximately 27C/28C, the pool cover must be used to cover the pool during the night and during the day when not in use for long periods. When the air temperature is lower we can not guarantee to be able to heat the pool to our normal temperatures.

First villa rental. First of many
Naturally, the first time doing anything I was skeptical but I’ve organised many a holiday over the years and it was finally time to do something like this. I’m so glad we did. Alex was great and the check in was real simple. He was able to work around our times. Villa was fantastic and well kept. Clean, easy to find. Absolutely no issues. We are looking to do this again whether that be in Portugal or elsewhere but looking forward to 2026
Amazing Holiday
Just returned from a week stay in Villa Mediterraneo. So pleased we found this villa it was perfect for our family of 10! Party was made-up of five adults and five older teens and this villa was more than big enough to accommodate us all happily. We were delighted that each bedroom had en suite bathrooms and we loved the large living area, well equipped kitchen space and of course the huge private outdoor space with mature planting and and the biggest lemon tree I've ever seen! The villa is in a very private spot and not over looked with two large roof terraces. We did not pay extra for the pool to be heated and this turned out to be a great decision as the pool was a great temperature without extra heating. We maybe could have done with some extra umbrellas around the pool but there was plenty shaded areas when the temperatures were too high for us. This vila is Just on the edge of Quinta Do Paraiso meaning the nearest shop, pool bar and restaurant is about a 5 minute walk and it’s about a 20-30 mins walk to the centre of town depending on how fast you walk but there are a few places to stop at on the way if you need to rest/drink and an Uber was under 5 euros. I want to give a particular thank you to Alex Cracknell who made the booking process really simple and greeted us at the villa as we arrived. He’s a really friendly guy and happy to help with any questions or requests you may have he even gave us a lift to the supermarket on the first day, thank you so much Alex!!We did have an issue with the large fridge/freezer during our stay, but Alex sorted this very efficiently and in a couple of days we had a brand new American fridge freezer. Couldn’t ask for more! The security deposit was returned the day after I arrived home and we would thoroughly recommend Pac4portugal and Villa Mediterraneo!
Villa Mediterraneo
We were a family of 12 age range 3 to 71 and had a fantastic time at the villa. Alex was amazing before and after the holiday. Any queries we had were answered straight away. He even bought a basketball for my grandson as I’d mentioned he liked playing ( sorry we lost it Alex😢)There is so much space outside and so much to do for the kids. If you did want to go further it’s an easy 20 minute walk to Carvieiero but I would suggest a taxi back but these averaged 2 to 4 euros so quite cheap. We have had many villa holidays with the family and this one ticked all the boxes and much more.
Perfect for a family group
This Villa is perfect for a family group especially when travelling with small children. Our party included 4 x age 5 and under children and they loved the pool, the beach area, the football pitch and the basketball. The weather was so lovely that we didn’t really use the games room at all. There are plenty of ‘quiet’ spaces for relaxing away from the pool and the sunset view from the roof terrace is perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the cot/high chair supplied were good quality. The kitchen is well equipped including lots of plastic tableware for the children. The internet service is probably the best I have had in a Villa like this. The bbq area is well designed and we made good use of this. The bedrooms are all fitted with shutters which keep them cool and act as blackout blinds. We did an online shop from Apolonia for groceries to be delivered on arrival — they have an excellent website in English. I would recommend Villa Mediterraneo and Alex as a host.
Magnifico Mediterraneo
This is an absolutely fabulous villa. Everything you see in the advert and more. The booking process was easy and regularly communicated all the way to arrival. We were a 13 group of 3 generations of family with friends. Transfers could be arrange direct with the villa. Upon arrival we were met by Alex, the business owner, which was a real nice welcoming personal touch. He gave us a tour of the villa and the use of all the features and information on the surroundings and ensured we were comfortable before he left and a nice touch the villa was was stocked with food and drink to get us started including coals for the bbq. Alex was also at hand if we had any questions with the villa during our stay, which we did, and were answered quickly. The villa itself had everything

Just back from a very enjoyable stay at the Villa Mediterraneo - we were a party of 11 adults. The villa provides lots of space and really good facilities both inside and out. One minor blip with hot water but this was resolved straight away thanks to Alex.
Great Stay
Great stay. 20 minute albeit ‘up and down’ walk into Carvoeiro (but Ubers are super quick and only about €4) V spacious. Alex responded immediately to any issue Excellent touches like U.K. sockets in each room and usb charging Excellent welcome food/drink package on arrival was my favourite touch. Thanks
Excellent Villa!
We stayed at villa mediterraneio for 11 nights 8 adults and 3 young children. The Villa is amazing it is very spacious and has everything you need and more. The process of booking from start to finish is very smooth. The correspondence before we arrived was great. Alex is very helpful and even arranged for a few pizzas to be at the villa for when we arrived with hungry children. Alex was easy to reach on our stay, any issues or questions were delt with straight away. The villa is perfect for a family get away the pool and beach area was a hit with the children they loved it. I would highly recommend to any large families looking for that perfect holiday.
Great Holiday, Great Villa
Our clan of 11 descended on the Villa and spent a fortnight here. We had a great holiday, pool was well used. Weather was hot and the shaded areas of the villa/garden were a god send. Alex was a good host and the welcome pack was appreciated. Ideal location, close to some shops and restaurants. Cozinha da Avo, past the tennis club, is our favourite. £14Euros for a 3 course meal including a drink and olives/bread/page. We love Carvoerio and will be back in the spring again. Alex went above and beyond on departure day.
Brilliant stay
Had the perfect week at the villa with the extended family. The children were aged from 7 months to 9 years old. Everyone had a lovely time and found it very accommodating and relaxing. Would highly recommend a stay at the villa.
