Perfect Stay
A Perfect Stay for All Ages – Highly Recommended!We stayed at this beautiful villa for 10 days as a mixed family group, including adults, teens, and a baby, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The facilities were absolutely amazing – spacious, clean, and well-equipped for every need. From relaxing by the pool to enjoying meals together in the lovely outdoor dining area, every moment felt special.Alex, our host, was fantastic. His communication was spot-on from the moment we booked, and he was always available to help with anything we needed during our stay. He made everything feel effortless and welcoming, which really added to the experience.
Phenomenal Place
We recently spent the week at Villa Atlantica. What an absolutely phenomenal place to stay. 100% would recommend to any families or big groups of friends. It’s local to the town and a 10 min walk if that to the beach. Alex was very clear and made the holiday so much easier from the moment we arrived. Thanks again see you in the future

I just returned from hosting two retreats in Villa Atlantica. I can't say enough about how amazing the property was and the customer service provided by Alex, the property manager. I know there are many nice villas in Carvoeiro, but what mattered to us was the care and going above and beyond to help us deliver the best service possible. I highly recommend working with Alex and Pac4portugal for any of your events, vacations or retreats. We will be back for sure.
Wonderful villa in great location
We’ve been using Alex and their rentals for 8+ years, and never been disappointed! Villa Atlantica has everything you need and keeps the kids entertained all day with the pool, games area, mini beach, not to mention all the space inside. The location is perfect, only 10 min gentle walk into the town of Carvoeiro (the only problem was the kids didn’t want to leave the villa!), and a brisk walk back. We’ve been coming to the area for many years, and can’t wait to come back to villa atlantica, definitely the best we’ve stayed at so far!
Great Villa & Location
Great Villa for a large group, 16 of us enjoyed the Villa for a 2nd time in 18 months! Short walk into the town! Great villa if you want to have a group holiday but the luxury of your own rooms and bathrooms.
What an amazing Place!
The pictures (which are awesome) do not do justice to how wonderful a property / house this is. It was a short (maybe 5 min walk to town and about 15 minutes to the beach (which is at the end of town). The house had tons of towels, plates, cups, pans, pots, towels, etc. Each room was large, immaculate and had it own bathroom. We were 14 and there was an incredible amount of room. The pool, "beach area", game area, outside dining were all amazing. Paul was a wonderful host who provided us with great info about the area and even drove us to the supermarket on the first day.
We will come again!
We were a group of 12 children and 10 adults from Germany. We all liked it very much. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was very well heated. All the rooms were clean and well equipped. The children were busy all day with volleyball, table tennis, billiards, foosball and basketball. We will be back! The host always available and very accommodating.
A Very Special Place
Villa Atlantica is a very special place and my family and I just enjoyed an incredible 5 days there. It is a stunning villa in the most perfect location, beautifully laid out and kitted out for all our needs- adults & kids alike. We will be back to stay here again….ASAP!!! A true gem of a venue. Alex was super engaging from the moment of booking and was super friendly and thorough on check in and out. A 10/10 villa in every way .. thank you Alex & co
Love Villa Atlantica.
We booked this Villa last year for 13 of us ( 8 Adults & 5 Children). We were so looking for to it. But as this year has been so uncertain we didn’t know if we were going or not due to Covid and Quarantine on returning, Alex was sympathetic to our situation and kept in regular contact with us throughout. We literally decided to go for it a week before we were Due! And boy! Are we glad we did!! We were to be the 1st to stay at Villa Atlantica. It is situated a ten minute walk from the centre of Carvoeiro and 5 mins from the start of Restaurants and shops. The entrance to it is tucked down a lovely quiet cul-de-sac. We were welcomed by Alex and 2 of us shown around. Everything’s been thought about here! Such attention to detail and is a beautiful Villa inside & out. But for us the highlights were- Comfortable Beds. Brilliantly equipped Kitchen. A fantastic Welcome pack ( never before have we had one so good!), it was very much appreciated. Brita water filter. Very clean. Lovely warm & clean pool with cover for nights. The space inside and out was incredible, something for everyone from the games area to the quiet Hammock area. Stunning Roof terrace. Proximity to everything you could need in Carvoeiro. The attention and helpfulness from Alex & Fernando was 1st class. We enjoyed it that much we booked for next year whilst we were out there! We cannot wait ❤️. You’ll love it!
